Abdullah Alazfrani’s journey from FIP graduate to Research & Development Specialist at National Food Company represents the forefront of innovation in Saudi Arabia’s evolving food sector.
Graduating in 2018, Abdullah developed a strong interest in the intersection of food science and technology during his time in FIP’s advanced research laboratories. His thesis on sustainable packaging solutions directly led to his recruitment by National Food Company.
In his role, Abdullah has led the development of seven new product lines featuring innovative formulations aligned with the growing demand for healthier and more sustainable food options. His work in plant-based protein alternatives has helped position National Food Company as a regional pioneer.
