Food Industries Polytechnic (FIP) has signed a training agreement with Radwa Poultry Company to train and empower national talents in specialized technical fields aligned with the company’s needs within the food manufacturing sector.

Ibrahim Alegaily, FIP Executive Director, emphasized that supporting Saudi talent is the primary goal of this agreement. He noted that such initiatives significantly contribute to localizing the food industry and introducing skilled Saudi youth into the labor market, thereby enhancing food security. The Polytechnic continually seeks to expand its network of strategic and vital partnerships to strengthen the food manufacturing sector.

On his part, the Vice President of Support Services and Human Resources at Radwa Poultry Company, Mohammed Issa, praised the Polytechnic’s role in training and preparing skilled national workers capable of enhancing the food industry—a strategic sector prioritized by the Kingdom.

He explained that the agreement will greatly enhance localization efforts, creating opportunities to produce locally manufactured products by Saudi hands, which can compete in global markets.

This new agreement adds to a series of partnerships signed by the Polytechnic in recent months to advance the localization of national talents within the food manufacturing ecosystem, aligning with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.

FIP is part of the National Center for Strategic Partnerships, an initiative under the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC), supported by the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) and the private sector.
