The Food Industries Polytechnic has signed a strategic partnership agreement with Mashar Water Company, marking a significant step toward enhanced collaboration in training, qualification, and employment within the food and beverage sector.

The agreement was signed in the presence of Naif Al-Jameel, CEO of Mashar Water Company, and Ibrahim Alegaily, CEO of the Food Industries Polytechnic.

Coinciding with the close of a year full of localization-focused initiatives and partnerships, this agreement aims to address labor market needs in the water and food industries sectors and provide employment opportunities for qualified graduates.

Both parties affirmed their shared commitment to advancing national workforce competencies and empowering Saudi youth in this vital sector, aligning with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.

Al-Jameel praised the partnership, emphasizing the importance of enhancing the skills of Saudi youth in the water and food sectors, stating: “Together, we aim to build a sustainable future.”

On his part, Alegaily stressed that the partnership is a response to market needs and a step toward integrating education with hands-on training, in a way that serves the food industry in the Kingdom and supports national talent.

This agreement represents a significant move toward strengthening the collaboration between the private sector and training institutions to promote sustainable development and enhance the competitiveness of the Kingdom’s food industry.
