Partner with FIP to Build Your Saudi Workforce

At the Food Industries Polytechnic (FIP), Sponsorship represents a strategic partnership between your company and FIP to develop skilled Saudi talent for the food industry and related sectors. Under this model, sponsored trainees are employed full-time during their training period, with financial support from HRDF covering part of their training and wage costs. Upon graduation, they transition seamlessly into your organization as fully qualified professionals, ready to contribute from day one.

This partnership enables companies to achieve Saudization goals, reduce recruitment and training costs, and build a sustainable national workforce in alignment with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.

Our Collaborative Process

We begin by understanding the specific needs of your organization through detailed consultations. Our experts work closely with your HR and management teams to identify key areas where skilled labor is essential.

In collaboration with your team, we conduct a comprehensive Training Needs Analysis to determine the exact competencies required for your workforce. This step ensures that the training programs are precisely aligned with your operational goals.

If our existing program aligns with your company’s requirements, we proceed directly to Step 4. If not, we develop tailored vocational programs designed to meet your organization’s specific needs. These customized programs enhance the skills of Saudi nationals, ensuring they are fully prepared to excel in their roles within your company.

After finalizing the program details, we formalize our collaboration through a partnership agreement. This agreement outlines the roles, responsibilities, and expectations of both parties, ensuring a smooth and effective partnership.

FIP delivers high-quality, hands-on training through state-of-the-art facilities and industry experts. Our training methodology places a strong emphasis on practical learning, ensuring that trainees gain the skills and confidence needed to perform effectively in their professional roles.

Our relationship doesn’t end with training. We provide ongoing support to ensure that the knowledge and skills acquired are effectively implemented on the job. Regular evaluations and follow-up visits help assess the performance of our graduates and their contribution to your organization.

Company Advantages

HRDF Funding Support

The Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF), as a key partner, provides financial support to companies collaborating with FIP for training programs. This initiative is part of the government’s efforts to encourage the development of Saudi nationals in the workforce. Key benefits of HRDF funding support include:

HRDF covers 75% of training costs, enabling your company to invest just 25% to train and qualify your Saudi workforce.

HRDF provides wage subsidies for Saudi workforce during the training period, helping reduce the financial burden on your organization.

HRDF support maximizes your training investment by enhancing your Saudization level in the Nitaqat system. Each sponsored trainee counts fully toward your Nitaqat points, helping your organization achieve compliance more efficiently and effectively.
