High school and bachelor's degree graduates interested in building a career in the food industry are invited to apply to the Food Industries Polytechnic. We offer diploma and associate diploma programs across a variety of specialized disciplines.
How to Apply
Admission Process
A simple and transparent 5-step process to enroll in your chosen FIP program. Click on each step to view detailed information.
Registration and Application Submission
- An announcement for registrations opens on the FIP website and is posted on social media.
- Prospective applicants complete the Electronic Application Form on the FIP website.
Initial Screening and Admission Criteria
- Applications are accepted and screened based on academic results.
- Admission decisions are made based on:
- Academic merit
- Order of preference and availability of seats
- Polytechnic's admission requirements
Entrance Test and Personal Interview
- Candidates will be required to undergo a common entrance test and a personal interview.
- Candidates are notified via website updates, mobile messages, and email.
- Attendance at the test and personal interview is mandatory and indicates commitment to the admission process.
Notification of Selection
- Candidates are notified via email and mobile once they are accepted, along with details of the course they have been admitted to.
Acceptance and Documentation
- Upon notification of selection, selected candidates are required to prepare the following documents:
- Notification of admission nomination via email or mobile message
- Original high school certificate and one copy
- Original national identity card and one copy
- Original National Exam Certificate (Qiyas) and one copy
- Original character/conduct certificate and one copy
- Four color photos of 4×6 size
- Medical Fitness Certificate from a Nominated Medical Center by FIP
- Await the announcement of the training program's commencement and bring the necessary documents to the training orientation and contract signing with the employer at the FIP campus.
Admission Requirements
Must be Saudi National
Must be between the ages of 18-22
Not previously supported by HRDF
Minimum high school graduate with a grade of at least 80%
Pass the FIP test & interview
60% Marks in Qiyas (Nationalized Exam)
Not registered with GOSI or if registered, must bring a paper proving GOSI interruption from previous company
Eligible applicants should fill out and submit an online application to join
Pass the medical examination at a medical center determined by FIP
