A National Hub for Workforce Development
Food Industries Polytechnic (FIP) serves as a National Center for Strategic Partnerships that advance workforce development across Saudi Arabia's Food Industry. Working closely with various food sector companies and government stakeholders, we help build a highly skilled workforce that strengthens industry competitiveness and supports sustainable sector growth.
Through industry-driven training, hands-on learning, and workforce-focused programs, we equip Saudi talent with the technical and professional competencies needed to succeed in a dynamic and evolving industry.
Industry-Aligned Curricula
Training programs are developed in alignment with the needs of the food industry and related sectors and can be customized to meet employers’ specific competency requirements, equipping trainees with the knowledge and skills required for their roles.
State-of-the-Art Training Facilities
Trainees receive hands-on training in modern facilities, laboratories, computer labs, workshops, and on- site practical learning environments that closely simulate real workplace conditions.

FIP serves as a strategic partner for national workforce development, working closely with food industry companies, related sectors, and government entities to build capabilities, address skills gaps, and support national localization objectives.

Trainees are employed by partner companies from the start of their training journey at FIP, with HRDF providing financial support to help companies develop Saudi talent throughout the program and strengthen their long-term workforce capabilities.
