Interpret the process flow diagrams.
Understand the operational principle, construction features, and various boiler types and configurations.
Interpret the Piping and instrumentation diagrams(PID).
Understand the operational principles, constructional features, and various pump classifications.
Apply pneumatic circuits to set up and operate pneumatic actuators.
Perform refined food specification measurements
Understand the applications of industrial measuring instrument and devices.
Perform food refining techniques
Use different types of sensors to measure and control the process.
Apply GMP & HACCP in food operations
Interpret SCADA P&ID symbols and use SCADA software to operate and monitor filed devices, alarms and process variables.
Perform preventive maintenance and condition monitoring of air compressors.
Use process controllers to control the industrial process
